tell us about your background as a stylist: 

Cares began her career in New York City and after spending 3 years between Manhattan and Beverly Hills at Louis Licari Color Group, she joined the diPietro Todd Salon group in San Francisco where she held the title of Assistant Director of Color. She studied French Balayage techniques at the Jacques Dessange Institute in Paris and has developed many balayage programs. She has been a Master Color Educator for Matrix the past 14 years and has been on stage Nationally and Globally at many shows and events. She won a L’Oréal Professional Color and Style Trophy, and a Behind the Chair One Shot Award, 2 prestigious Global hairdressing competitions.
